Packages provide a limited number of Session Credits that are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to use these session credits within the validity period. Any unused credits will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or carried over.

By purchasing a subscription pass, you agree to automatic renewal. Your pass will renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for unused time once a new billing cycle begins.
