COAF 2025 Voice Acting Contest
Voice acting adventures await you this year at Anime Milwaukee! Whether you're a novice setting out on your first adventure, a seasoned pro looking to level up, or a curious spectator, there’s something for everyone. Try your hand at voice acting with real anime scripts provided by Bang Zoom! during AiVA’s voice acting education panels, and seize the opportunity to compete in our Voice Acting Contest, where you could win scholarships worth up to $500 at Adventures in Voice Acting powered by Bang Zoom! Your voice acting journey starts now!


Whether you're brand new to voice acting or looking to refine your skills, this contest is designed to give you a real, interactive experience in the art of voice acting. Hosted by Dorah Fine, this event is more than a competition—it's an engaging learning opportunity where you’ll explore performance, gain confidence, and most of all, have fun!

How to Participate
For Those Who Want to Compete:
Contestants must obtain two types of tickets to participate:
First Round (Choose One):
Panel A Contestant Ticket – for those performing in First Round Panel A on Friday.
Panel B Contestant Ticket – for those performing in First Round Panel B on Saturday.
Final Round:
Final Round Contestant Ticket – required for eligibility as a finalist.
Important: To be eligible as a finalist, contestants must have obtained one First Round Contestant Ticket, competed in that round, and checked in with their Final Round Ticket.
For Those Who Do Not Wish to Compete:
Fine-Tooned Fun Pass – for non-contestants who want to observe, learn, and participate in voting at the Final Round while enjoying the full educational experience. Check-in is only required for the Final Round, though attendees are welcome to observe the First Round Panels.
Note: Participants must be checked in at the Final Round to be eligible for the 10% discount code for AiVA online classes with Dorah Fine and to participate in voting.
